Are you new? Can you not post in the classifieds? READ ME
This board has a 6 month/50 post rule - meaning you can't post in our Classifieds until you have been here 6 months or have made 50 posts (that are not just junk filler posts to get your count up). This limit was asked for by club members.
The reason we do this is twofold:
1.) To deter people from using our club and forum as a means to peddle their wares or buy from our members without giving back to the community. This is a club, after all. Not an online swap meet. There are plenty of places to do just that.
2.) To keep the spammers off of the classifieds. If we didn't have this we'd go crazy keeping magazine, ED, smoking cessation, and other stupid spam ads out of our classifieds.
We are not doing this just to be jerks or harass new members. There is nothing personal about the process.
IF YOU ARE NEW AND POST A CLASSIFIED AD ELSEWHERE ON THE BOARD, EXPECT IT TO LIVE A SHORT LIFE. We will delete classified ads that are not located in the Classifieds. This includes for sale listings in signatures. No for sale postings anywhere until you meet the criteria.
