off the shelf programming is junk. the only way to get any real gains from programming is to use a custom tune from actual data.
95 is obd1, fasterthanyou may be able to help you.
hypertech and all the other hand held tuners are compromise programs. they are created to deal with an average situation. not taking into account any particular mods you have done or if you like putting good gas in your car.

Nj right about the oly good thing about the hypertech is being able to change the speedometer to compenstate for larger tires or a gear swap.

Yep i bought one from summit, I was able to change my fan start temp to 215, instead
of 240. Adjusted trans for firmer shifts,I can adjust my speedo for gear changes.
rev limiter adj. top speed gov adj, and more. All I adjusted so far is fan temp start
and trans firmer shifts, and both worked perfect. So when I change my 273:1 gears
to 342:1 gears I can adj my speedo. The best features are the rev limiter, and top speed
limiter I can set the top speed to 110 and the rev limiter to 4000,when my kid starts driving. This way he has only a basic transportation car. LOL, or is this not playing fair.
