View Full Version : I can die happy now
i was driving around the other day on Joline Ave (I think its 35 or 36) down by the mall and there was a guy in a MB SUV that looked like he was in nascar. I get next to him at a light and I for the hell of it go back into 1st. I take off, shift into 2nd at my usual ~6200...then I forgot I was in 2nd and not D. Next thing I know, I look down, see that im doing around 70 (in 2nd) and my tach is actually bouncing off of the pin at 7000.
And it still runs like a champ. I figure I was between 72 and 7500. (Mind you its an all stock 305)
