Why cant they just tell you straight out "Im currently see/talking to someone else" ?
Personally I think I could handle that 10x's better and just say "Ok"
and do an about face and walk away. Â*But after 5 weeks of hanging out and other crap...? Â*Please... give me a break.
She should re-emburse me in gas money IMO.
[/Rant]
blah blah blah, I know you'll say get over it, or thats women for you, or the right one will come along someday (never). Â*But I needed to get that off my chest. Â*Wondering if anyone else had anything to add or comment?
If you cant tell its late, i'm pissed, and bored all at the same time!

because it would be too easy to tell you straight out. they have to make it hard and hide everything.

5 weeks of dating without getting any? that would be my first red flag right there.
she wasn't the right one, find another one. simple enough

You know there are some awesome girls out there too... when I went out to visit my friend at Penn State, one of his frat brother's girlfriend was at the house... really hot chick, and she was just a really cool girl too. I had never met her before, but she adamantly came and introduced herself to me...
"Hi, I'm Kristin. I have a boyfriend. What's your name?"
...and I was like, "Um, hi... I'm Joe."
...then she explained to me, that every girl that has a boyfriend should clearly state that within the first 5 minutes of meeting a guy. She said, "I've got a great guy already, so why should I waste another guy's time and/or money when they could be utilizing it to find the woman of their dreams who DOESN'T have a boyfriend?"
Needless to say, I was impressed with her train of thought.
She was really cool, an accounting major. I ended up hanging out with her at several other events/occasions, and she and I always had great conversations. Sucks she was taken, because she was definitely girlfriend material, IMO. Her boyfriend was a really cool guy too... he knew she was great, so he had nothing to worry about when she comes up to other guys to talk.
Badunno, just thought I'd share that story with you.

Yes girls should state soon on that they are in a relationship, however a lot of times that used to make me try harder....not gonna say if it ever worked or not.
If they don't tell you they have a boyfriend but they really do, maybe they're waiting it out to see if you have something better to offer? Or maybe they just want to use you for your money or a ride in your car?

The ones who stick around the longest, and eventually become wife material, are those who have more in common with you than school and a bed. Maybe I'm old school, but judging a relationship on how fast you have sex won't lead to any lasting relationships. Make sure you have similar interests, but enough differences so that she WANTS to spend a little time away from you. Both the similar interests, and occasional need for space, are very important.
Take 5 weeks to get to know a little about her, then another 5 weeks to work up the courage to introduce her to your friends. If she survives those, she's a keeper. If not, you've just lost time and a little money. You'll know shes into you more when she intros you to her friends, because thats when you really learn all about her.
Thus endeth the lesson.

Guys can be no better.
Basically.... put those PITA girls and guys in the same area cause they = CRAP!
Just be yourself........ a cutie will come along for ya. Have no expectations and try not to be the typical PITA guy.
Am I the best for advice..... prob not cause I'm single..... but I'm not a newbie w/ the ladies ;)
Sit back
Be yourself
Have no expectations
She will come along.... eventually... when you least expect it
That's what I so....
yea no offense james but its kinda hard to take relationship advice from you...but more power to ya for keepin those ideas!

every human, male or female, has the ability to reason, meaning, that they can choose whether or not to lie or to tell a half truth, or to be dishonest in any way, shape, or form. so everyone has probably done that at some point. i can tell you one thing about this girl, she probably wasted all that time and gas money to be able to check out if you were any better than the other guy she is with, without losing him in the process. now if the other guy knew about this, how would he feel? probably pretty ****** too. soon enough, someone will build a giant microwave and put her in it. so forget her.
