So yea, I started sanding down the quarter panel on the 86 and came across 2 nasty looking things...

They are both on the roof of the 1/4 panel ... looks like it twisted, rusted and broke (lack of SFC maybe?). Its only that small area tho, and was wondering if bondo would do the trick. OR how should I tackle this flaw and what supplies would I need?

The second picture, I sanded down til I saw bare metal. Its not that deep actually, but its deep enough to be noticed. Would the red paste bondo work?
