View Full Version : Need a good north jersey bodyshop
I got denied by a local body shop to paint and install 3 pieces for my missing groundeffects. They said they will only install ones that they order through dealers and their catalogs, cuz they arent sure of the proper fit. I tried talking him into installing them, but he said he can't. So I need a good body shop that is in good driving distance, preferably Morris/Warren/Sussex county. Thanks

OH!!! that's by the old Bananza, right?? I dont know the resteraunt name now, but its on the other side of the road with the graveyard right off 46, correct? Ill swing by on Monday and get an estimate. I also need a small dent removed created by some dumb**** in a parking lot when I first bought the car.

bonanza is now the stardust diner, and its kinda by there. you turn on to that road and take it out almost to the other side, go around the hard right and its right there.

I was going to give you a shop in Paterson by me, that does a great job for a good price thats owned by my neighbor, but his parter is trying to take over HIS shop, so theirs alot of legal mumbo jumbo going on. I'll let anyone know when they get back up & running. If anyone has seen my car upclose especially the front bumper, the color blend was PERFECT!
Oh yeah and on all my pictures of my car, photoshop was only used to change the side, I dont edit my pictures one bit.

K, I'll need directions. Im going right after work to Dales Custom Auto to get an estimate. Then I'll get my estimate from you. Its just 3 pieces that need drilling, painting, and fitting. One of the previous owners put sheetrock screws through a fender and the front bumper to hold the other pieces on, maybe they can get covered up to prevent rust. I would also like to get a dent out of my rear 1/4panel (about half the size of a football)... its unnoticable from afar but upclose it looks like a good dent. Thanks guys and gals

my guy in paterson is pretty good... C. Conte Auto Repair in Paterson...if you saw the pictures of my car after the accident and them after repair, it came out awesome...not sure how he will price that, but he does good work...
Went to Dales today and he refused to put it on. The guy said that the factory that made it didnt make strong enough adhesive to attach it to the front. He said all I can do is put windshield urathane on it but it still might fall off. I told him the kit came with two bags of bolts, but whatever. I still need to find a body shop that'll install it. BTW I saw that damaged red 30th SS there. didnt look as bad as my accident, but the fender rails and the radiator support forward was pretty bent up (Forgot whos that is on here)

this way you can just mapqest it. if you bring it to the shop i really cant look at it because my boss gets kinda pissed when you do stuff pertaining to a side job on his time. on the weekends he could care less just so long as it is out of there by monday. let me know what you want to do. if you want to stop by my house on a weekend and ill see what i can do for you, then that find(plus you can be the first to see the camaro with the motor and new paint).

Falatto's Auto Body. o/o by Mark Fallet 610-838-6144 in Hellertown, PA a little bit west of easton. Prices are unbelievable. He did my truck here: www.cardomain.com/id/jimmyboy8301 he's definately worth looking into imo.
Yea, I found a guy that'll install them. He's a really close friend of my aunt's. He co-owns a body shop in Augusta, and he'll do it on the side using his shops tools n ****. I'm going to see him in Blairstown next weekend so he can take the parts for paint.
If I had a pic close enough handy, painted windshield tar is used to hold the front ground effect on, and he said thats how he'll install it. So thanks for the offers and help guys n gals!!!!
