Nice pics. Call me crazy, but shouldnt the car be reassembled with the dents knocked out, before washing it?

We just sponged it down at the track between races....no time to pull the body off and fix it then :)

 Ah ok, it was still at the track. Aren't you supposed to wear a bikini or something when you sponge down a car? The women in all those videos do!

 Do you wash the car after every race to get rid of the mud weight? Also, if mud is an issue why are only 2 of the pictured cars using flat wheel covers?
BTW, the car is looking real sharp. (I'm a Mets fan 1st, Yankee's 2nd)

We scrap most of it off after each warmup session or race, but last week was the first week his mom brought sponges to the track. We also have a spray that we coat the body with that helps keep the mud from sticking. Most of the cars run at least right side wheel covers, some run all 4. Very little gets in the left sides though. (And actually there are wheel covers in at least 4 of those pics  )
Here are the damage pics I took at the shop last night:

mud gets at least scraped off between each race. the washing thing was something new this week. at least teh car was pretty when he wrecked. lol
the mud plugs are mostly only useful on the right side wheels. the left side doesn't tend to pick up mud unless you spin or make contact with someone else.
the gusy who use teh soft plugs(made of foam) also tend to pull them out between races to go over tire pressures.
