TTP doesnt touch LT1 cars especially with tunning. Unless you want other stuff you have to harass them for 2-3 months straight.
I'd speak to Jon, FasterThenYou on the boards. The only other places I can think of that do LT1 Tuning is Rapid Motorsports in PA, and some other one I cant remember.

Stage 1 Performance in Pompton Plains also does tuning, i've seen several LT1 cars in their shop before. their main specialty is Turbo Buicks, though.
If your anywhere in the Roxbury/Randolph/Dover area, you can swing by Sirico's on Rt 46 West in Ledgewood. They specialize in custom muscle cars.

my question is...............does your milkshake bring all the boys in yard...????
welcome hahahaha
Ok, I see you live in Denville. Just go on Rt. 46 West until you get to the R46/R10 junction in Ledgewood. Make the right onto 46 and go up about 3/4 mile and youll see a speedshop on the right just before that traffic light. They are excellent in rebuilding engines and I really wouldnt think they would have trouble tuning your LT1 :-D
