look like randy has his eye on a car. his cousin has an '04 Speed Palace that he has no use for anymore and randy is gonna buy it from him.
car is not complete, at least not in ready to run shape, but most of randy's existing suspension stuff will switch over easily enough.
he is going to look at the car tomorrow and if all is well pick it up monday after work. from the sounds of it we shoudl be able to get everything together in a week and have him back to racing next saturday.

it's official. randy is going to pick up th '04 speed palace as his replacement car.
it is a chassis, body w/ some spare tins, 2 sets of inner hoops, rub rails, bumpers, brake lines are already run, axle tube(this car uses shorter tubes than the old car), pick arms, rod arms....... basically a big asss pile of stuff.
he got a good deal on teh car but the few parts he needs are still going to be pricey. it will likelky be at least 2 weeks before the wallet can catch up to the expense of getting it this thing together.
looks lik ei will be out and about searching for sponsors to get him through the rest of the season next week as well as working nights on the car. :)
