Im going with the MSD Cap & Rotor, with Taylor Thunderbolt wires & NGK plugs. Thats what TTP recomended, and should be installing, whenever they get the message that I want my **** done soon

The Excel 8.8mm 300+ wires for the LT1 will fit in the stock wire holders with a little dremel work. I used them for years without any problems.

I don't think the Taylor or MSD wires will because they are allot thicker.

If you want to run the thicker wires your better off going with as over the valve conversion set-up so you don't have to worry about burning the wires.

NGK TR-55's for plugs and just FYI I went through 2 sets of MSD wires in 5 months, I consider them crap and will never buy them again. They used to be top shelf but lately everything I buy from MSD either doesn't work or doesn't work right. I highly recommend Taylor wires.

Thundervolts are very nice wires, but if you aren't making alot of power you probably won't notice much of a difference. I'd go with the Taylor wires just because they are higher quality.

I did the Taylor Wires and Bosch Platinum Plugs, car runs great with it. This fall when I do my timing cover I will also get the MSD coil.

I run NGK TR55's and Taylor wires over the valve cover on both of my cars.
