Hey, I need to measure the air gap in an opti but all my local friends have thrown out their old ones. If somebody could measure the air gap between the distributor points and the tip of the rotor that would be most appreciated.

Well, there are 2 types of Opti...
Ones that are broke, and ones that are going to break.

If I take a picture of it on the car, with a tape measure just measuring from the block to the radiator will that work for you?

No, he's talking about the inside of the opti.

Yeah, I want to know the distance between the points and the rotor.
