Anyone know of any decent place to get a tattoo in Brigantine/Atlantic City? I'll be down there all next week. Got $200 and looking to get a tattoo or a electric piece for my cut-out...

get the cut-out piece.
only get a tattoo from a shop you have researched. also, work with the artist and make sure he is willing to spend time with you to make sure you get exactly what you want. if the artist won't take time to do that, go somewhere else. I personally reccomend Ink Spot in Rahway. I know that's nowhere near you're asking, but the staff is great there and I can show you tattos I got there 5+ years ago that look like they just healed. lastly, the quality of a good tattoo far outlasts the money saved by going to the shady place down the street.

^This gentleman def has some good info. I just got my first tat in 8 yrs yesterday, and I also used The Ink Spot, but the one in Greenbrook. I went in with a good idea of what I wanted {barbed wire band across my bicep} and I was lead right to some in house sketches very close to my idea. I selected the one I liked best, and I was getting inked within 20 min. The last tat I got {also at the Ink Spot} has some nice shades of blue in it, and the artist I used yesterday put the same shades of blue into my new tat. I am very pleased with the end result, and I will def be going back. :)
My friends go to Immortal Ink. there is one in clinton and one in flemington. They take a lot of time drawing what it is you want and work with you for a few days before you actually go in to get inked. www.immortalink.com
Theres a guy in Lake Hiawatha that does tattoos at shows. My cousin is his "experiment" and might i say he does really really good work. Best tattoo Ive seen was the one on my cousins back of 2 large samari's with ninja swords fighting. Crazy ****. Im gonna get a tribal band on my forearm before the summers over from this guy.

who did you at Ink Spot West? Steve, the owner, did a '49 Merc for me back in '99 and it still looks damn good. I think Steve only does appointments now though, and Dennis does a good majority of the walk-in's. All the other guys I used to see down in GB are now in Rahway.

Dennis did my first tat waaaaaay back in '97. :) My latest one was done by a 'lil cutie named Nikki. Dennis popped in while she was laying it out to make sure she put it on straight. lol
I was joking around w/ Nikki, telling her how I want to get a big tat on the back of my head, and she told me I'd have to see Denny about that one, as she has never done a head. :)
