Look into a good investment (and to visit family of course)... nice home that sits on 17 acres with 2 small hunting cabins, a huge pond, a huge ass barn, and a 3 car garage :) . All for $42,000. Well, the house is kinda falling apart, but with the real estate skyrocketing up there, it'll sell in 10 years for a hellova lot more. Its located in Chenango county. I'll definately take alot of pics of it.

where in chenango is it?
that is where my mom's side of the family is from. i have relatives all over norwich, oxford, greene......... you get the idea. my cousin still operates the family farm just outside of norwich.
if you get over to norwich be sure to visit the northeast auto museum. they have some pretty cool stuff. not a muscle car kind of place, it is some brass era and very early stuff.

Smithville Flats, its about 12 miles west of Oxford and about 25 miles west of Mt. Upton (where my family lives). Im heading up there first thing tomorrow to scope out the place. I might visit that museum Saturday cuz I'm doing nothing that day, but Sunday its to the Cooperstown Baseball Hall of Fame :-D
