does anyone know if they make a roto style sc for tbi motors that is low profile to fit under the hoodline.

none of them really fit under a hood, esp with a tbi

an underhood blower with a tbi and an air cleaner prolly your lookin at a 4 inch cowl. the blower itself is 4 inches tall, plus the element and the tbi.

The whipple fits with some finagling, you may need to custom make in intake tube.
