hmm, dont know much bout them, my guess is something wrong with cap, coil, rotor, chip in dist. or something wrong with injectors, not shure on this one but is there any kind of relays or fueses for the fuel system?

There are two fuses for injector power; 1,3,5,7 are on one, and 2,4,6,8 are the other. Check 'em out and see if one is burnt. Also, take a long screwdriver or long socket extension and try to hear if the injectors are clicking while the motor is running.

(/rant) not even worrying about it anymore... i looked for the fuses for the injectors and theyre not there which means the cluster **** that wired up my car didnt wire it right. theres cut wires everywhere and im assuming they tried to splice the 2 harnesses together and it didnt work out well. im done with the TPI or the computer controlled stuff all together for that matter. im taking my motor to D&F in Berlin and having a carbed 350 built with forged internals and getting a turbo 400 trans... so tired of computers and wiring.... (/rant)

thanx for the help anyway

i'll take whatevers left of the tpi setup of your hands, PM me or email me at smokingss@aol.com. i hated fuel injection but after i did the tpi swap into my monte, and dealt with all the research and junk, i love it.

Why don't you just get a correct TPI harness on Ebay and drop it in place where your hacked harness is?

turbo 350 trans (suggestion from Tim) and probably a 12 bolt with 4.10s or 3.73s... havent decided yet

I used to have 8.5 inch ten bolt with 3:90's in my camaro. That car had a TH-350 too and it was very bearable around town and with short highway trips 8)
