Just need a torque arm and you'll be set.

Thats alot of money, but seems to be well spent. Good luck with it. Will you be doing the install yourself?

hell yeah. where's the new tubular torque arm? he's got them, too.
Christ! you might as well get a new K memeber and control arms  . Sounds like money well spent, but I agree with everyone else, you're gonna have to step up to a tubular torque arm.

spend the extra money and buy koni adjustables. or if you insist on bilstein, buy a set of strano revalves.

Try and get a package deal on the springs. I know thunder racing valves their Bilstiens specifically to the eibach kit. And I hear the SLP kits are just re-valved bilstiens and are kinda crappy.
Dont quote me though.

STOCK SUSPENSION RULES!hell no!!! the konis are worth it IMO. i cant wait to get my setup! the reason why you should go adjustable is you can make it very soft for drag racing, mid stiffness :D for daily driving, and very stiff 8) for making your car handle like a slot car. dont be fooled by these putz's. shocks are the most important mod if you want good handling
the only turn i care about is the one for the return road

ehhhhh maybe the chrome moly was wayyy overboard or maybe the fact everything is adjustable. But I remain true to the fact that the V8 swap will eventually happen. I can't wait to do this on my garage over the weekend!

Yes.... factor in that it is a street car... then yes.
Track only... chrome moly EVERYWHERE then!

what difference does street vs track make?
both situations call for good traction and less wieght in the vehicle improves et's and gas mileage.
chromoly is the way to go no matter how you use your car.

yeah, chrome moly is fine for the street, its those spherical rod ends that are a little rough for everyday use.

yeah, chrome moly is fine for the street, its those spherical rod ends that are a little rough for everyday use.can you elaborate on that? now thanks to jon aka badchevelle, i'm ragingly obsessed with drag racing and i'd like to start doing some little suspension mods here and there to get some extra traction. yeah so whats the problem with those sphere rod ends or whatever their called?

rod ends can be noisy on the street. they don't make the car ride any worse, just some more noises you can listen to while you go down the street.
rod ends also require a little more attention and upkeep than a bushing. you shoudl make sur ethey are still riding clean and give them a little shot of lube about once a month if you use them on the streets.
