had the day off from school today and figured it would be a good day to put air in my slicks, since its been sitting out front of my house for with flats for two days. so i am filling them up and some guy with a pretty nice 3rd gen pulls up asking me if i needed parts from a 79. i told him i just parted one out and ended up bull****ting for a few minutes. he just bought the car for 1100 bucks. (good buy). once the tires were filled i decided togo on a rainy day hellride, i drive around for a little bit then pull back into my parking spot and figure, what the hell lets do a burnout. i took it to about 5 grand in third gear and smoke was pouring off the tires. i get out laughing and two good looking girls pull up and ask me if everthing was ok, because they said it looked like my car was on fire from across the street where they both worked. i laughed and told them that i intentionally did that, and that it was from the tires. they laughed, but didnt really look to amused.

the first day i could drive my car to work after the i put the new motor , i had to drive in the rain. its really not that bad if you take it easy, unfortunatly i had to drive up rt 130, that was the only time i was really scared. all the grooves in the road hold water and was really out of controll.
