Well I basically went on the basis that in NJ, tint is tint, so if i'm gonna get pulled over, might as well do it in style =p

You have any mroe shots of the hatch? I was thinking of getting either 5% or 2.5% on mine after i get the current crappy-ass cellophane tint off
ryanfx

savage I could get more shots of that hatch but it would be pointless - if you're not looking directly through it (and stoop low so your looking into the windshield it's just flat out black. If you look through, through hatch, through the windshield, you can kind of see things in front but ONLY where the seats and stuff dont get in the way. I went to auto image on route 18 and they did an awesome job. my dotmatrix looks completly black right now (they did something and it stuck) I paid 275 (all windows, removing tint already on my car, and lifetime guarantee.

Looks very nice. There was tint on my hatch when I bought my car. It looked awesome but it must have been more than 5%, because yours looks pretty dark, and I couldn't see nothing in or out of the back. I actually almost hit a guy walking behind my car because I couldn't see him. That's when I knew I had to take it off
****ing nice!!!
*waits for "i got a ticket for tint" thread* :P

I'm definatly ordering silverstar backup lights - I tried to get out of my driveway and I quit.. I just drove accross the lawn lolI JUST GOT THEM! they are headlight style reverse lights and i got them from pepboys. my rear tint is only 15% and i still cant see **** when i back up. looks hot though. i just open the window and stick my head out the window. [insert big head joke here] or i just back up until i hit something. :?

Looks good, but be prepared to get pulled over often. My 96 SS has the rear hatch tinted but it's too dangerous since I can't see much through it. I'll probably remove it pretty soon. I couldn't see well enough to back out of the driveway without the risk of hitting a pedestrian.

Yeah, I thought about the backup lights, but it was cheaper just to take the tint off. It's pretty easy...if you have a steamer it peels right off. But that car looks great. With the silver racing stripes and black tint...chick magnet 8)

havn't you ever heard of a sleeper? Â*:lol:you dont know about those old V6 camrys. i had one of those before my camaro and i will bet anything that that camry would run circles around every stock or slightly modded V6 on this board. if they weren't so expensive i would buy one of those for a beater. i had 10x more fun in that car then i ever did in the camaro.

It's actually my DD basicallly. Used to be my mom's car and I convinced her to keep it because it's so usefull to have around. Its got like 175K miles, runs awesome, and you don't have to worry about getting scratches and stuff like that
