T-400 is rated for 500+ hp, Art Carr hardened hub, 34 element sprag and drum, all metal thrust washer ( unlike factory plastics), low- drag torrington sets,kevlar bands, hi-perf borg warner clutches, shift kit ( hits pretty hard)can be shifted manually, but also can be driven fully automatically. $999.95
700r4 is hydraulic lock-up ( no computer needed), shift kit, corvette servo, raybestos pro-series band,raybestos z-pack (for 3-4 drum), hardened sun-shell, hardened pump rings, .471 boost valve ( for increased line pressures). 3.06 1st gear ( with low/ intermediate valve and sleeve can be held out infinitly) . Includes a new extra heavy duty converter ( approx. 1600-1800 stall) $1099.95

Both have all new seals, clutches, bands, bushings, gaskets, filters...etc
Both have been tested on an engine dyno to ensure function and no leaks.
