freind is looking for a lt1 short block, hes got a 97 firebird and trashed a couple main caps due to it beeing a piece of **** bought from a dealer that was beat to death. so if any 1 has a good low millage short block lt1 drop a line

well, i have the LT1 motor out of my 93 z28 . after the 383 build the original motor served no purpose . it has 129k miles on it . kept the motor in great condition and I could probably count the number of times the car was redlined while in my car . i got the car with the original motor with 24,500 miles on it . and I had it for over 5 years before the new motor was built and installed . about 65% of those miles are highway miles and cruising miles doing about 35mph just chillin' . never sped with the car or beat it up . i was just about to post that I am selling it so I know your buddy wants a low mileage motor but I thought I would let you know anyways . if you happen to want more information just e-mail me at G.Araneo@gmail.com or if you happen to be in the area I work at a shop in Paramus where my motor also is .
