Yep LG Harness bar, it goes across where the back seats would be. Im going to use it to mount a camera mostly. HOPEFULLY I can try a few auto-X events and put a harness into use with some Sparco or Carbou seats.

First off, get it to start lol. Its in the same spot in the garage as it was 2 or 3 weeks ago when it was towed. Once the semester is over I'd like to start to do some work on it. Its either the ignition module or the fuel pump. Then after I get it to start, over the winter I'd like to...

Stuff I can do with little or no money:

-buff/polish my wheels
-fix surface rust and repaint under the car/rear/suspension parts
-fix rust in the engine bay on the wheel wells
-finish removing the A/C
-setup a new belt routing (I'll only be running the Alt., crank, PS, and water pump)

Stuff I will have within a few weeks that I can do:

-install my SFC's
-install LCA's
-install LCA relocation brackets

Stuff to buy:

-New rear tires..looking at the BFG G-Force T/A DR's
-parts from a friend (MSD ignition box, pulleys, and maybe, maybe roller rockers and a hypertech chip)

I'm hoping by spring to get a FRIGGIN DAY OFF so I can put mu clutch in (T/A is still dead from the Nats) then I am going to start working on my 5.0 LS1 turbo engine, hopefully have it together for a swap next winter in N/.A form with the turbo coming maybe in the springtime. Apart from that I am going to start plugging away at the 84, swapping over a bunch of parts from the formula (Nose, fenders, hood, hatch and rear bumper) and then just getting the suspension and chassis squared away so I can start doing weatherstripping to eliminate the leaks in the roof. If money isn't too tight I may put a mild crate engine it (possibly GM's new 290HP Cheapo special).

Lumina: Add antifreeze approximately once every two weeks to maintain heat and driveability.

Camaro: Purchase proper carb (Holley 750 DP) and maybe get it driveable or something like that.....

-ditch door bars (12+ lbs gone)
You don't mean the supports in the door across the skin, do you? They kind of come in handy if you get in an accident.

You really need one of these: http://altura.speedera.net/ccimg.catalogcity.com/210000/214800/214862/products/thumb8695760.jpg

Winter projects for the 77:
*pull motor, oil pan/main seal gaskets. Paint & clean. Nothing fancy for now
*Solid frame mounts, sub frame connectors
*Tubular upper control arms; GW lower l/a bushings

*radiator, LT1 electric fans, http://www.dccontrol.com/ controller
*serpentine system
*iroc steering box
*re-bushing door hinge pins
*new motor mounts (oe style)
*stainless brake hoses, kevlar pads & shoes; new w/c & hdw in the back
*lots of underhood clean up

i've "heard" of places that dont even need to see the vehicle. just a valid insurance and registration card. if you have a extra few dollars its way easier to do it that way anyway. drop the info off and pick up what you need the next day. i wouldnt encourage such illegal behavior though. i am a law obiding citzen and proud of it.
