Seems the cold weather of early december caused a piece in my trans to become brittle and have me loose the 2nd gear band apply for my servo. AH well, problems bring about time for improvement.

I had my new shop do some stuff while my trans was back at Ziggy's. Header gaskets were replaced, SFCs were put in (spohn) and i finally got an electric cutout. I also had Ziggy put back in an electronic lock-up for my converter...just waiting on a compatible EPROM from Jon, and ill be close to good. Currently, my chip has all TCC functions off...the temporary fix will be the lockup switch.

Its been raining since i got the car back so i havent been able to see the full on improvement with SFCs...however, with my header gaskets replaced/cut-out closed...the car is noticeable louder and smoother. No more rattles thus far...and it seems to hook just a hair better (for when its wet at least).

Only one real story of the cut-out so far...leaving the shop, waiting at a light...i opened it...lady in the car next to me first jumped...then her child in the backseat was jumping up and down enthusiastically...when i looked back at her i noticed her rubbing her ears...took off at that point.

yea thats about it...later guys.

Sounds like you are getting all the bugs ironed out nicely....can't wait to see what you can do at Atco this spring/summer :)
