need pcm tuning on a 96 impala ss

my dad needs some stuff done on his 96 impala ss

1. speedometer recal for teh 373's
2. turn fans on earlier since he has the 160 stat
3. put some more pressure for the tranny to shift a little tighter


any one have any ideas? who can help me. i have already tried to contact some members and they dont respond :sad:
