ok so about 2-3 months ago my 95 3.4L camaro died on me and I needed a new car fast (we dont have any spare cars and i needed a way to get to bcc) and I came across an 89 trans am that a ex-coworker at my old job shop-rite had for sale.. He was looking for $2,000 but he let me have it for $1,000.. he bought it from the original owner about 3 years ago and only put 3k miles on it..the car now has 50,000 miles on it, bone stock 305tpi, t-tops... needs a paintjob and had some surface rust on the hood and top, interiors pretty good needs headliner and center console is seperating on the sides(seems to be real common).. ok well the first 3 pics are of when i went to buy it and the last 2 is what it looks like now.. my dad and i sanded down the rust on the hood and top and primed and painted it black in my driveway too keep stop the rust from getting bad.. anyone know of some good paint shops in the area that have decent prices? I'm planning on getting it painted sometime before summer..

Nice lookin' ride man....looks good with the black crosslaces on it.

Are you looking for a top-notch paintjob, or just want the car to be all one color again?

i pretty much just want the car all one color.. most of the paints decent but it's definately going to need a full paintjob.. i dont have thousands to paint the car, just want it looking nice.. i was contemplating on bringing it to maaco but i'd kinda feel bad doing it to her

PM Matt (Evil90SS). He works at a bodyshop in Ewing, and he'll prolly be able to get you a good deal if you and your dad can do some of the prep work.

I'd almost say paint it black down to that pinstripping line along the sides. that way itll look like more of a custom job, and add then a white pinstripe. Heres a what im tryign to explain, sorry for the crappyness, i only have "paintbrush". oh and get clear front side markers, thatd help the look too.
