i was lookin up to find out when oregon trail was made and found all these old ass games that i used to play. post any game prior to Playstation (since its only about what 6 or 7 years old, not that old really)

i cant believe i forgot about heretic and hexen, they were like the same thing as doom but with different weapons and a diff story line, great games though. i also forgot about killer instinct, one of my best friends brothers was a beast at that game..

madd long ago i bought this thing called Doom Gold (i think thats what it was called) at a computer show, it was supposedly a "code hacker" for doom for lack of a better description. supposedly you could make new levels and weapons for all of the doom games but i could never get the damn thing to work....

never played the actual version of afterburner but i had one of the "hand held games" which was actually like a replica of the inside of a fighter pilots cockpit and the screen was extremely small compared to the whole size of the thing. plus it was one of those LCD games, so there was no color involed once so ever

i forgot about rampage too, the game was the ****. i played universal tour for playstation a while ago but that thing is like impossible to beat theres like a million levels. once your beat earth your transported to another planet!

gauntlet was pretty cool, i have the new one right behind me (gauntlet: dark legacy) and i saw on tv that they came out with a new gauntlet game, pretty much the same concept...

friday the 13th = one of the hardest games on NES

haha that sucks, dark legacy for ps2 takes forever to beat. each level is like a half hour long!
