Ok, quick background.
About a month back, I filled out a policy request form on Hagerty.com. I did the whole thing, and then submited it.
For the last week..I got nothing. No email notification, no letters in the mail, no calls on the home or cell. Nothing!!
So this morning, since I am not in the sleeping mood, figured id go to the site and see what is going on.
I type in my email and password so that I can check out my status or something, and it says "cannot be found". I have them send it to my email, and it says "no email found" or something like that.
Uh....what?
So, I fill out ANOTHER request form, and go through all the stuff again, find all my other insurance company for my daily driver.
I click submit again, and I get

OOPS!! Sorry, an Error has occured!!

UH..YEAH, WTF!!! So now, I spent the last hour or so gathering the info for all this, and now...nothing. I go to reload the site, and its bogging down, slowing up, and more error messages.
Needless to say, Im pissed. And what sucks more is that Hagerty is the only insurance carrier that is flexable enough to allow a 22 year old to hold a policy.
Anyway, Im starting to get tired, but this fired me up so Ill be around for at least another half hour. I gotta get up for work and be there by 930.

Site must be having issues. I would just call them. I have a Hagerty and they're usually pretty good on the phone.

Well, apparently it saved, so im gunna resumbit and hope they take me in.

Nope, still f'ed up. I guess im gunna have to call them tomorrow. fun.

I called them after American Collectors denied me coverage on the 68. I was able to get a policy with Haggerty in 2 days and they even faxed over an insurance card so I could start driving the car. Definitely get in touch with them as soon as possible because this is getting to be their busy time of year and it might take weeks to even get your request reviewed.
