Yes, you read that right. Today in my email, the big boss sent out a picture of a Nissan 350Z with, yes, Sears Auto Center as well as Falken tires.

Speaking of Formula D...is anyone going to that in September at Wall?.....We went last year and had a blast..I didn't really want to go because it's not my thing but I ended up having a great time and meeting many of the drivers...including Millen whom I swear my fiance would turn gay for....lol

MONTHS Ago, a tech and I were talking about it starting our own drift team, and ask Sears if they would sponsor us. He has a 240SX and is big into the drift thing. We figured we would use Falken tires and wheels, paint the car blue and white, and have SEARS AUTO CENTER OCEAN written across the side....
Thats pretty much what this car looks like, only its a 350Z.
starting our own drift team

Here she is!!! I assume this is a photoshop for now, and the car is getting prepped. Apparently its supposed to have a Nissan V8? I wish they would have used an American car. Would be sweet if they got to use the 69 Camaro drift car!!

Too bad they tore down that mall there. We could have raced around it.

Drifting! :? :hammer: :banghead: For some reason I just plain hate that concept of driving around with the least amount of traction possible. It's like a ballet for the traction challenged.

At least drifting introduced a bunch of people to RWD. Anything that builds RWD interest is good in my book.
What mall?I thought you worked at the Sears in Ocean Township. That used to be connected to Seaview Square Mall, no? I thought they left the Sears & Value City standing and tore down everything in between.

Ah, yes ok.
Sort of...there is now a big ass Target, and then some buildings behind Target/VC like Work Out World and the Furnature king.
There are big ass parking lots, and then there is the "Ring" road that we "test drive" cars on.
