Could use a little more detail? Is it not locking? Will it not go down? Did you try and take the gas struts off? Is it not aligned?

Is there a human head in the way?

Are you a weakling and you can't pull it down?

Are you just too damn short and can not reach it?

Did someone rip it off? Koll is a big guy.... maybe it was him?

It got caught on a low level electrical tension wire.....lol.......It pulls down to the latch but the motor does not engage to pull it down the rest of the way..Its a power pulldown.....
