I like Bendix rotors. Good quality at a good price. I dunno what Summit has, but ususaly you can go into an Autozone or Advance Auto and they will have everything there for the same price, if not cheaper.

mine are brand new and are vibrating like crazy for some reason even after the brake in period. I gotta take a better look at them this weekend. Summit isnt too bad on prices i went through a local store and I got a really good deal on them.

Sometimes new rotors are bad. Especially a lot of no-name (ie cheap) aftermarket. My best tech used to run a slow final cut on the lathe for any no-name rotor he installed. He hated comebacks (one of the reasons he was my best tech). I'd say 1 in 20 were not quite right.

Was. I'm out of the business around 7 years or more. An STS location. When I said 1 in 20, I meant 20 of the cheap **** rotors, not dealer parts, or higher qual aftermarket like wagner or bendix or brembo, etc. We stocked Wagner and had very few (if any) problems with their stuff.
Sometimes all you can get on the spot are the cheapie ones. Odd cars, older cars, weird imports, Saturday afternoon, etc.

We use Wagner parts at work, and have very little if any problems with them. We do run into problems when we have to go outside to a parts dealer. I do like Wagner and Bendix.
