The article mentions special things done to the TA to make it a Bandit. I have never seen a picture of one of these, and they were made here in New Jersey.

After doing a quick goggle search I came up empty. Anyone ever see one of these? Any pics?

Nope. Only know of the Bandit II's made by Chattenooga (Choo Choo) Customs, which are the same people that did up my old Pro/Am-I .
