Watching bloodsport i have to say segal wins in my book, now that I'm remembering, I don't ever recall there being any movies in which segal walks away from the camera in the moonlight showing us his bare ass. Correct me if I'm wrong but I don't see guy, martial arts movies including male nudity, that's just me.

i guess we gonna have another fat disscussion :lol: since i think im the only one who said anything against fat people in this thread. i usually make a generalization about fat people, i know its not true for all but still. In my mind if you are fat, im talking about those super fat ****s walking around the street, then you are lazy and dont take care of yourself and you obvisouly dont give a **** what others think of you. So why should I? i mean how hard is it to lose a few pounds? i also dont take that genetics crap as an excuse, why? because everyone uses it and most dont even try to exercise and eat right? How hard is it for a fat person to lose 20 pounds? its not hard at all, the fatter you are the faster the weight will come off. i think all it comes down to is just lazyness - ok ill finish my ranting. no offense to anyone :lol:

I dont know how to do this whole quote thin yet...but dont worry bout me, I started this year at 280, i'm now in the 250's, I'm not going to be the 197 I graduated Marine Corps boot camp at, but its a start...and for some people, it is pretty damn hard...You get used to a certain lifestyle, and turn into an undisciplined person, it could be laziness...it could be genetics, some people, were born fat, and are still fat to this day, some of my family members...they even went as far as that surgery...lost about 20 lbs...still fat, and can't get any thinner...so i think it is a tie, some people are just lazy, some are just fat...just my 2 cents again...

i never see the fat people im talking about at the gym so how can they even be trying? and yes its very hard to lose weight if you actually dont exercise and eat mcdonalds everyday for breakfast, lunch and dinner. ill give credit where its due but if some one sits on the couch and expects it to lose weight from those miracle pills them im sorry you dont deserve it. when i didnt like my weight i simply took a backpack put 50 pounds of weight in it and started to run with it. i must say it was pretty painful at first and after about .7 miles my first time i gave up and puked. now i that ive invested in an actual vest that doesnt bang against back and destroy it while i run i can run just fine. i dunno i think its pretty simple and if you're determined you'll do fine, if you're lazy you gonna fail and be fat. :-)
