T top questions

Aight when i bought my car at the end of dec. the dealer didnt have a 2nd key or key fob or the t top covers so after a bit of fighting i finally got them to offer to pay for both the key and fob and the t top covers.... so i went to another dealer got the key and fob but was told he couldnt find a part number for the t top bags and that they dont make them anymore.... i doubt that no aftermarket company or gm makes them anymore so does anyone have any idea of a part number for gm or where i can buy some off the internet.... and if not anyone have some for sale? its for a 2002 ta

hmm no i meant the storage bags.... i thought the 4th gens had them as well unless the ones i saw were custom made or something for the ceta

Oh, I don't think I have ever seen any... maybe some SSs and CETAs, i dunno, good luck tho... I always just put mine in the holders int eh hat

Oh, I dunno, I never had any and always just ptu my tops in the holders in the hatch, or the backseat area

98-02's Didnt come with bags they only came with the sun shades for placing under the t-top's

thanks man i just remember someone had a set with thier ceta t/a that said trans am on them in yellow .... not that i need them i just figured if the dealer was paying for them for me i might as well take what i can get :}

they are custom. i remember seeing them once but it wasnt at a store. i think it was in someones cardomain

i use a 3rd gen bag

They stopped the t-top bags in 92. Then they did the smart thing and put holders in the trunk.
