And before the wheels were put on. Suprisingly, NO MODIFICATION TO THE CAR was needed to slap them badboy's on (other than the missing spring insulators) . The hockey stripes are getting put on June 3rd along with the old school Z/28 emblems and rear chrome "Camaro" inserts, since the new paint has to settle. The SS spoiler gets done next week cuz the ppl that sent it painted didnt do a good job of blending, and the pewter tone is too light. Check'm out :-D

i was told that to fit 315's on 4th gen's you needed an adjustable panhard bar.

car looks really good.

it all depends on the car. the rears weren't always centered from the factory. on stock cars they will most likely fit, but if the car is lowered, an adjustable panhard is a must.

I had the 315's on pre-lowering, but post non adjustable pan-hard. The cars on an Eibach Pro-Kit and I have absolutely no problems. I guess it varries from car to car.

Huh?
Anyway, SS spoiler is on now til it gets fixed too. Ill have more pics up.
With the lowering springs, I'm definately gonna have to get the fenderlips rolled back for the rears. I notice just a teeny weeny bit of rubbing on huge potholes. Other than that, it rides like a dream :-)
i think 88ta5spd was talkign aboutt he directional rotation, but i cant tell from the pics

Those wheels look great man! But how much do they weigh?

05-14-2006, 05:58 PM
wow car looks real good.
its going to look even more amazing once you do that other stuff.
any plans for a hood?
Those wheels look great man! But how much do they weigh?
They don't weigh as much as i thought it would be... they actually weigh the same weight than my stockers w/firestones (rears are just a tad heavier).
No plans for a hood yet. Ultra Z's are too ugly, SS hoods are too overpopulated... and after that there really isnt much. But j0n showed me a nice cowl hood that ill have to look into... as of now, the hood's staying stock.
