i know this one isnt the very bright but the crap they sell in wally world, is it already premixed or do i have to mix 50/50 with water if i was to do a coolant flush? :scratch: the container doesnt say anything.

if it doesnt say anything its probably not 50/50. you do know your gonna need distilled water right?

You can pick up Distilled Water anywhere I think. I usually get it at CVS type places when Im working with my dad. (medical lazers use distilled water)

damn i miss the dsm i would just pour **** in and it worked fine :lol:
reg water has impurities that cause corrosion. you dont want that in your radiator. my pharmacy sells a gallon for a dollar. distilled water = pure h2o for the most part

:lol: if it was florida i would. wally world is open 24/7 there, i dont think there's anything open around here at midnite and im not driving to PA to get water!

lol 7/11/quick check/wawa type places may have it too if you so desire.

i think i can hold my exitment of a coolant flush til tomorrow after i get back from job hunting and before the bbq :lol: at least ill try to.

ya know, i've never used distilled water in anything, always just well water. Never had a problem :shrug:

btw. You can distill water yourself too if you must. you just have to boil it for 10 mins or something, never had any reason to do it though.

A&P has distilled water too. i used it for my denali, only the best for my cars... that run.

so um..space station went on a journey to find some distilled water. i went to wally world, quick check, and shop rite and didnt find squat? all they had was like poland spring and some other **** like that. can i put poland spring in there? :lol: cuz i got plenty of that stuff around my house.

any bottled water should be fine, it usually comes in gallon jugs like milk does.

i used water right from my garden hose (well water, not city water) so we'll see what happens. i was too lazy to get distilled water

From what I hear, tap water will make that dex-cool **** gel up, and pretty quick. Thus the use of distilled water.

yea i gotta flush mine out too, was gonna do it at school but never had the time...
