hey i got easy question i guess where can i get a carb can i get one at the junk yard for a 305 moter would i just have make sure that the car/engine i take it from is a 305 or what i would buy a new one but i dont hav ethe cash i figure i could get one from the junk yard and rebuild it well anyway let me know what i can do

What kind of carb are you looking for?

You can get carbs from a junkyard if you want, but chances are it might need a rebuild to work correctly.

yes i am willing to do a rebuild but i need one for a 84 camro v8 305 auto or if maybe someone has one will to sell for cheap let me know but thats what i am looking for

I have a computer controlled q-jet from my '87 that I would let go cheap. It worked great when I took it off, but some of the seals/gaskets would prolly need to be replaced. It's been stored in my garage for about two years now.
