Couple got lost leaving an baseball game in Baltimore. They asked an officer for directions, and she ticketed them for running a stop sign and refused to give directions. When they tried to ask another officer, the first officer intervened, and then she arrested them when they pulled over up the street, stating that they were tresspassing on a public street.
