Dyno and Tune 4 Runners

I have a co-worker who wants to dyno and tune his 4 Runner. Anyone know of a place where he can do both?

I sent him the TTP link for the dyno at least. But since Im pretty ignorant of the import stuff, dunno if there are tuners out there for 4 Runners.
