i must say the old wheels look worlds better but these do just about everything else better. i no longer feel like im driving in NYC 24/7 and the car just grips better. i'll get the wheels powdercoated eventually. and yes, car should be lowered sometime in june

there're exericises that dont require your sholder to do stuff. also there's are a crap load of exercises that requires only ur body weight...

i've been doing those elastic straps but i've been going light until my shoulder heals. it sucks cause i lost all my strength and i gained alot in the past couple months. o well, i'll get back into it soon. i got a real nice bench i cant wait to use :)

why not get a weighted vest and un with it, or a bike? those two are good exercises as far as cardio goes. if you can lift your body weight then there's plenty more where weights arent required.

Very rarely will I see a nice set of black wheels on an f-body... i guess it just has to blend well.. there was a black WS6 with black TT2's with polished lip and centercap and it was really really sharp.
