Paul, can one of those Bobcats fit into my yard, and will it rip out tons of useless old shrubs and weeds??? I need to clear the Forest of Ragusa sometime this summer, but need major tools to do it.

V
07-05-2006, 11:58 PM
not that type of bobcat, lol, the bobcat 36" self propelled lawnmowers, lol, i used to do landscaping and thats all left over equipment.

noah, i got a decent amount of grass, most parts are stored in a fenced in area now.

and the lift is going in my main garage, the posts are 8.5 feet high and my ceilings are 9, but i'm gonna open up the ceiling right over the lift to a crawl space/storage area that'll give me about 13' total height. more than enough to lift and f body and walk under it.

1) damn your main garage is empty

2) what about the other "hiding" car

3) Forest of Ragusa -

V

kasey,
1)yeah, i was cleaning it out since i gotta redo the ceiling soon, before it all falls down, and i was gonna move my SS back in there this weekend, but thats being put off for another week since another car is coming first to be stripped.
2)the vette is just in hibernation... you can see the back edge of the trailer in the first pic.

Savage_Messiah
07-06-2006, 12:09 AM
just in what, a 10 year hibernation at this point?? lol

and what did you do, push the SS around the corner?

V
07-06-2006, 12:15 AM
well the ss went in that garage when it came back from the shop and its been there a while now, and when im ready i gotta push it around the corner into the other garage. and 10 years is excessive.. more like 8

That reminds me, my brother said to let him know if you have any more questions about the garage ceiling. He kept asking me if you ever responded to his comments in your initial thread about it.

are you willing to sell the bob cats my uncle's are looking for 2

it's absolute blasphemy to have a garage that cannot accomodate a vehicle. also seems like a waste to have to work on your vehicles in the driveway in the elements while having a garage. dunno. guess i come from a different world.

V
07-06-2006, 04:56 PM
Jim, i usually have a vehicle parked in the larger garage AND i can fit another on in to work on, if it was 2 feet deeper, i could fit 4 3rd gens in it, that one pic doesnt do it justice. we did kasey rear axle swap in the garage with another car in there, i was just moving stuff around thats why it seems a car never goes in it.

chris yes, i am looking to sell one of them, they both run and work fine. they are 36" w/ 5spd trans. i also have a 48" deck available and a older chassis with a kawi motor that MAy run with work, that chassis is free, talk to him and have him make me an offer and we can go from there.

used to have a single car garage here attached to the house. I got to use it once many years ago, but this is what it looks like now.

SEND ME A MESSAGE WITH YOUR ADRESS AND PHONE NUMBER I WANT TO LOOK AT THE 2 LAWN MOWERS

V
07-12-2006, 12:33 PM
The mowers are buried in the back of the garage, there is no possible way to see them until i take the car out which i have no clue when itll be. The car has no steering(steering rack shattered) so its a pain in the ass to roll even a foot since its packed in there with less than 2 inches of space on each side. I'm PM you when i bring the car out.

nice.

i do plan on attaching a garage once the money fairy visits me (sometime soon, so says the attorney). i plan on maximizing the space inside so i can work around the car. maybe even have some space for my tools and car parts at one end. it's just gonna be nice to not get sunburned or rained on while working on the cars...
