hey gang,
i know some of you guys have talked about making it down to the dirt track to see what justin and i are talking about. here is your chance to see some great racing action and support a deserving charity at the same time.
on wednesday, july 26th, bridgeport speedway is holding a special show. it will feature only the top two classes(big block modifieds and 358 sportsman) and the proceeds will benefit the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
the special mid-week shows are always great because none fo the other tracks are operating, so every hot shoe within 200 miles is likely to turn out to take a shot at teh prize money.
bridgeport speedway is in south jersey and very easy to get to. only about a mile off of exit 14 of rt295. directions and details can be found on bridgeport's site National Multiple Sclerosis Society
there is only 1 dirt track in teh country that the cars see faster top speeds than bridgeport, only 5/8 mile long and they are averaging nearly 100mph in the small blocks :)
hope to see some of you out there. i will warn you now, this is dirt racing, dust does fly. sunglasses/ski goggles aren't a bad idea and don't where white. lol
