Can anyone hook me up with a good price on a hotel room at the Trump Plaza or any other hotel/casino? The hubby & I are going to see Cirque Dreams Jungle Fantasy and want to stay overnight but DAYUM, $425 for a room.:omg: We are going Saturday August 12th. Thanks.

Pretty much any casino room is going to run you about $400 and change... I just moved down to the AC area... but I've been a very big gambler down here for awhile now. Your best bet is to make a reservation at hotel/motel outside of the casino. One that I can recommend on the strip is
EconoLodge
117 South Kentucky Ave
609-344-9093
F: 609-340-8065
Toll free reservations: 800-323-6410

I've stayed there a couple times... it's fairly clean and decent. A weekend night stay will probably run you about $200 and change....still a ripoff but better than the casinos.
Feel free to shoot me an im if you need any more info down here. I'm a local yokel. :)

Unless you are a high roller the best bet is stay outside of AC and it will still run you 150 - 200 night for a 50 dollar a night room..

For $425 you could fly to Vegas and stay a couple nights! AC is such a rip-off. Plus Vegas has a few Cirque shows. We saw Zumanity at NY, NY which was awesome.

We saw Zoomanity last year in Vegas when we went out there to see the taping of the championship bout for the show "The Contender". You're right, it is cheaper than A.C.
P.S. If you are a fan of boxing, check out The Contender. It's on ESPN Tuesday night at 10. I didn't even like boxing before I started watching the show.

I've only gambled at Harrah's once, and I get crazy comps from them.
