hey guys i tried searching but didnt notice anything with answers to my specific question.

i have the qa1 coilovers on the front of my car with a "drag" front springs. i am having trouble getting the front of the car to a driveable height. it seems like ive adjusted the coils pretty far, but do i just keep cranking on them untill its a desired height or is it sitting low because of the spring rate?

the car is not a daily driver but i do like to take it out on the street and drive it to and from the track, right now its so low that the air dam will hit on bumps and durring hard braking

as i said i have the "drag" rate springs and the shocks are the 8 way adjustable set to level 4 all the way around (per the instructions i havent been able to take them out to set them how i like them because of the height issue)

thanks in advance for reading this and for any answers and insight you can provide

I would think that you would just ahve to crank them up more. Drag springs shouldn't have affected ride height that much if at all. then again, I've never dealt with coilovers personally.

What is the rate on your springs?

275, they do affect the ride height because they are so soft. someone on tech answered my question, he said it should be able to crank all the way to stock height but ill be sitting there for a while wrenching on them.

Once you get it where you want you will have to adjust it one or 2 more times. The springs settle after some driving.
