PPC Long tube Headers and Y Pipe
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Some of you guys have heard and seen my Trans am with these on, sounds mean, flows great. They fit nice.
Little rust on the bottom of the Ceramic coated headers, but that can be cleaned up easily. The Y Pipe has seen some work since the high flow cats were clogged up, so they were cut and gutted. Also has the EGR block plates on the headers.
The headers and y pipe cost me $1500.00 3 years ago. Seen about 20,000 miles.
I put Kook Headers on and didn't gain any numbers. So these headers flow just as well!
I have pictures available and the receipt, I am located in North Jersey, Morris county.
Only looking for $500.00 plus shipping for everything!!!

no matter how good they were 3 years ago or now when you can buy new coated pacesetters with ypipe for $500 its a hard sell for used headers  Ebay would probably be your best bet & you'd probably net more then the $500 your asking here.

maybe, but they are way better headers then pacesetters, I can guarentee you that! I don't buy cheap parts for my car, only the best.
But I can see where you are coming from, guys cant afford good parts so they buy the cheap stuff.

I have a friend who has had his PPC LT's and Y-pipe and cats for sale for 7 months @ the same price.. no one wants them. I told him if he has them still by the fall would he take my insane low ball offer.. He said yes..
what so special about 1500 headers? besides coating? i mean does a little flow difference worth 1000+ dollars? just wondering

PPC @ the time was one of the better headers.. But the guy got overwhelmed and it took months just to get them. Big reason he is out of Business now.
I think thats why no one wants them.. He is belly up and some of them do have fitment issues.

if i may.... QTP was another company in the same boat which had problems getting their product out to the masses and also had a bad batch with fitment issues. but their product is undeniably superior and fitment issues have since been resolved. people are still flocking to QTP for parts reguardless of prior issues. that being said, many of the big dawgs on LS1tech swear by stainless steel headers and have since ditched Pacesetter headers with Kooks, QTP, SW, etc. i, for one, was almost set on pacesetter until i did my research and found the added benefits of going stainless. so on that note, pacesetters i would do if money was a serious issue. if not, dont cut corners. and for those that want cheap with good quality, used stainless is the way to go. good luck with the sale!
