That's crazy! I haven't been fishing since last summer. Question...has anyone actually ever been fined for not having a fishing permit?

in NJ yes...especially if you are on the Delaware River or in a State Park that has a lake...that's where they do most of the checking

cool...reminds me of the last time i went fishing in the ocean...hooked into a decent sized blue and by the time i had him at the shore his tail was bitten clean off
