it says in the thing that the people who did it are IT. i am betting they have plenty of free time between handing out useful advice like "reboot the machine" and "make sure there is paper in the printer"

You get the "reboot" advise too? Gee, I thought it was just my IT dept. who came up with that wonderful idea.
