the fight for the world championship between schumacher and alonso was the fight for 2nd on the track. alonso and schu swapped fastest laps for the last 15 of the race.
it ended with alonso beating schumacher to the line by less than a tenth fo a second.
schumacher fell 2pts further back from alonso for the driver's championship, ferrari made up a bunch of ground in the constructors championsip.
