Not even close dudes. $1800... seriously ... not being a dick, but its an L03 aka the "L0L" motor w/140k miles were talking about. You may have the mods, but there is no way you will break over the 2500 mark unless u got reallllly lucky, or a immaculate paintjob/interior with absolutely no flaws whatsoever. Id also would wanna be able to eat my dinner off the floorboards without biting into a flake of rust. This is just my 2 cents, dont take it to heart.

so are you really going to sell your car and get a truck.I'm guessing you'll be doing a lift and tires right? That is what everyone who lives around here does.

Lol hey whats up there Nick? Yeah I have to say I went wheeling and it completly took me. I'm hopefully getting an 86 c30 with a 350, dana 60 front, 14 bolt rear, 4" lift and some avp tires. I dont have the money to poor into to the camaro although I will hunt it down some day when I have the money to build it up. Until then its time to go crash some mud!

As for the price I was hoping to advertise $3000 and make $2800 my taking price... I want to get that only because I have an $800 stereo, and the $1000 gauges (biggest waste ever). Ontop of that its very clean and strong running.

If anyones interested on here I'll be straight up $2800 takes the cake. I've got about $5000 into it.

Parting it out would be your best bet, you'll never get out what you put into it, but at least if you part it, you'll get what each part is worth individually.

BTW, would those $1k gauges happen to be an autometer set in a covan's classic panel?

You can also try ebay, but you should do a little research into auto transports to help out whoever wins the bid. Secondly, be prepared for deadbeat payers too so don't try to time anything off the sales of a car over Ebay.

Having said that, just about every f-body that goes up there, gets multiple bids so you have a decent chance of selling it. Just hope you don't get a deadbeat bidder.

I would say $2000 for a well running 305 car, plus or minus. It all depends on the buyer's motivation. Trying to sell an f-body to f-body guys means you'll get exactly what the car is worth. Selling your car to the 18 year old who wants an affordable sports car car older than him/her might net you more than what these clowns would pay you.

Yeah you have a point with not having the money to dump into the car.Its hard to build a fast car with only a part time job.If I wasnt doing the work program through voc I wouldnt have any money to for my car at all.
