Well I finally decided to get some flames put on my truck. After having them on my last truck I think it's time for something small on this truck. i don't want anything too crazy because it's my daily driver and i use the truck. I want something small but detailed that looks very good but not too crazy. I'm working with scorchedss now and here are 2 photoshops he threw at me based on 2 ideas we both had let me know what you think, suggestions are welcome.

i agree with j0n. the pin stripe style falmes are definately cool and a pretty unique idea.
the thing on the door looks like some sort of ricer decal you would get at pep boyz.

see the pinstripe one looks too "tribal" to me, that's why I don't like it

I think it looks to busy with both, and fine the way it is
puts on flame suite because I cant have opinions

i definately like the first one better however i don't like that the pattern repeats itself, i want it to never repeat.

the repeat is what makes it busy in my opinion I guess a true fire would be alot different though

my thoughts exactly... it needs to be more random which will be hard to do with such small flames in a long line.

I agree. It looks like a ceiling/wall border. Needs variation. Maybe darker to lighter, or lighter to darker.

i like the S10 lol, if you did somthing like that but used a quiet color like a silver or even some type of ghost flame....
You mind as well wallpaper your truck with flowers if you decide on those flames  Id say a nice thick black pinstripe design would set your truck off nicely.

I don't like the pinstripe flames. If it were up to me, I would go with the second design, and have them done as ghost flames.

man up and get "Real" flames like scorched SS has 8)
actually, dont even bother putting any more money into that poop truck of yours. its simply not worth it
If all else fails, japanese symbols will do the trick

Ummm... would look better with a "Tropicana Orange Juice" sticker on the side  id say instead of orange, go black.

it looks like a hotdog, or maybe im just hungry
IF anything...do a two tone, like a dark blue on top and have the flames leave the top color going down and back, REAL flames that is like scorched SS does.

I dont know which I like more... actually, the two tone looks f'n crazy man - now if you want to do somethin like that - we have to talk a bit more :)
The stripe flames on the top wouldn't be repeated at all down the side... i just did it that way in the mock up - the whole thing would be masked and drawn by hand then cut out and painted. NO REPEAT FLAMES - the last thing i want is for the graphics to look like a sticker!
