My bike wont start in gear with the kickstand down, nor without the clutch pulled in.....

off topic: my friends saab will start in gear without the clutch. the car lurches forward/backward depending on the gear and obviously stalls if your not giving it gas. its pretty cool

The Monte does too, but that's cause I never hooked up a clutch safety switch. I just park in Neutral and use the Ebrake so I don't drive through the garage wall. :)

i had the kick stand up when i started it so it could warm up while i rolled it outa the shed and someone kicked it in gear, when i went to reposition my hand i let go of the clutch and off went the bike. then later that day i hit a big ass pot hole and bent my front rim... good bye $450
