Stupid kids trespass, climb on property, get burned/shocked and win lawsuit! Railroad Car lawsuit (http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/15446658/from/RS.3/) This stuff is so ridiculous. These guys deserve nothing. If you're stupid enough to do dangerous stuff while trespassing on someone else's property you should get nothing!

i wonder now if i can sue the highway department for my 4wheeling accident cause there was no caution sign on the trails i was riding on. of course i was driving recklessly and i was trespassing, but isnt that what these guys were doing?

they should be happy they didnt die, they shouldnt be asking for money

in that case im gonna sue, Phoenix east aviation, Razzles night club, mai tais bar, and whoever owns ASA wheels for contributing to my drunk accident. bastard!!!
